DOORS OPEN OXFORD - 2009
Doors Open Oxford

This year's Doors Open event features 13 sites to provide residents and visitors the opportunity to explore Oxford County's diverse history and architectural heritage. The tour, held May 23, 2009 will include many buildings not normally open to the public.

Doors Open Oxford is an initiative of the Ontario Heritage Foundation, in collaboration with the province, community partners and corporate sponsors. Through this program, local residents and visitors are invited to see the county's remarkable heritage first-hand.

Official Launch Information:
Everyone is invited to attend the Official Launch for Doors Open Oxford 2009 on Friday, May 22nd at 7pm at the Woodstock Museum. This should be an interesting evening with Ian Bell leading the way with his merry musical entertainment. He’ll be accompanied by lots of costumed interpreters, setting the scene for the audience to enjoy music, lore and food made with historic ingredients.
